We are totally flexible – we will train to suit your needs and meet your requirements!

This is a sample of a 5 hour training session (including questions) – interactive, practical and aimed at owners and trustees who need an introduction into Sectional Title. It is empowering and a gives a sound foundation; it is especially useful for those who have "been dropped in the deep end"!

Complex training:
the price is R2500 for a maximum of 7 people - this includes one Copy of Key-word Access to the Sectional Titles Act- (with latest amendments)

Individual training:
just one or two of you? join another small group at a cost of R400p.p. and you can purchase a Key-word Access to the Sectional Titles Act for half the market price. ( i.e. R350)
