In recent years, is a greater awareness of people’s rights has come about and along with this, the need to be informed. Yet decisions they make can have long reaching consequences-and they could find themselves being accused of negligence, and not knowing the law is not an excuse. In addition, it is always much harder to argue when the legal facts are presented to you, so having them at one’s fingertips means being easier able to deal with difficult situations.
